NAMI Walks – Johnson County
It’s time to start getting ready for the 2012 NAMI Johnson County WALK! The WALK date is set for April 28, 2012, and we’ve set an ambitious goal of $150,000 so we can try to complete some of our current projects and start some exciting new ones. For our 2011 WALK we had 1,016 walkers and raised over $113,000. Get involved with helping us meet our goals for next year–raising awareness, reducing the stigma of mental illness, and raising money for all our programs and projects. Either sign up now to walk on someone’s team or organize your own WALK team!
