Howard A. Sevey, 82 longtime resident of Manning, IA died Saturday, April 8, 2017, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. His family includes his wife, Rose; two sons, Ronald Sevey (Pam); and Anthony Sevey (Stephanie); 4 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. No public services are being planned.
