Heather was so kind to my daughter and made her feel more comfortable than any other parent. My daughter loved her cooking and generosity. Heather encouraged creativity and was such a a great mother. She was fun to talk to and easy to like. I admired her wonderful personality and charm.

Was shocked and extremely saddened to hear of Heather's passing. Was notified by one of her coworkers on 12/26. I work in the Integrated Call Center at The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, met Heather once years ago when a group of us got together @TailGators in Coralville after work. But I spoke with her many, many times on the phone over the years and she was always helpful and fun to deal with. Such a quick wit and great sense of humor. I will miss our rapid little give and take prior to me connecting her with a patient, doctor or facility requesting records. She was taken from us too soon, God bless her, may she rest in peace and comfort.
