Obituary of Beverly Lindsey

Beverly Lindsey, a lifelong resident of Iowa City, died April 7, 2025. 

She was born on June 1, 1926, in Webster City to Floyd and Ruth Bringolf.  Beverly received her nursing degree from the University of Iowa and was employed as a Registered Nurse at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics her entire career.  She started out as a staff nurse and through the years worked her way up to the evening nurse supervisor. 

Beverly was preceded in death by her husband John E. (1969) and her son John A. (2002). 

She is survived by her sons Edward Lindsey (Mary) and Charles Lindsey (Zeke Yusof).  There will be no visitation or services, as her wishes were to be cremated.
