I am very sorry to hear of your loss. I had the privilege of working with Bill at Dillards and admired his professionalism and kindness to everyone. He often talked about his family and was very proud. I know he will be missed.

Very sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I knew him from the men's department at Dillard's and also from Ackley, where my family (Arends, Beving and Abbas) were from. Very nice man and always wanting to strike up a conversation. Rest in Peace!

I knew Bill from his years as an expert in Dillard’s suit department. When my college age son went to Dillard’s with his father and m e for his first suit, Bill quickly engaged our son in a way that eliminated the gap in their ages. It made the suit selection and fitting an easy and memorable occasion. And of course, it was all done in Bill’s courteous and gentleman style.
