Nargi will always hold a special place in our hearts. We loved it when she and Cec would talk about their college and nursing days, which never failed to make us smile and laugh. It meant so much to see Nargi and Cec able to spend time traveling together later in life, creating memories they both cherished. We also treasured our conversations with her—she was always thoughtful, frequently checking in on her dear friend Cec.

Nargi’s kindness extended in many ways, including being a source of support and guidance as Cec’s dementia progressed. Her compassion and care will not be forgotten.

As a kid that grew up on highway 1, Nargi was a big part of my childhood and the person I wanted to be when I grew up. She was so kind, soft spoken and pretty! I was lucky to see her one on one when she gave me organ lessons at St. Mary’s. I’ll never forget when mom passed away she brought over some food to the house and told me that she would come over and check on mom - like a hospice nurse before hospice. I loved running into her at Brucemore when she volunteered as an usher. You had a wonderful Mom. May she rest in peace.

Nargi was my beautiful long-term friend. We golfed on Tuesdays for a few years, walked for many years and had lunches together. She was loving, caring, resilient and loved her family. I will miss her.
