I own the unit next to Rob's condo which is occupied by my daughter. I was very saddened to learn of his passing. I have always enjoyed seeing Rob and he was unvariably cheerful and kind. He was always willing and able to help out with any business relating to the condo building. He was a great neighbor and asset to all of us at Longfellow. We will all miss him. Condolences to his family.
