From the time we moved to Oxford Frank was the kindest most willing to help a neighbor person I have ever had the honor to live in the same neighborhood. He was always willing to sit and chat and let Bailey enjoy a few hugs. He mowed my yard when I could not, brought some plants he found to put out in the fall. He was a neighborhood treasure and I will always remember his kindness. Pat Lewis
