Donna, I wanted to pay my respect to you and your family. I always enjoyed my visits with Jim. I only wish their were more people in the car business with his charter. He will be missed but thought of often.

While I did not know Jim long, he and I were always close bexcause of our age. My wife Mary remembers talking to Donna and Jim at Cedar Rapids Ball Park occassions thru Chezik Sayers outings. Real car man!

I am so sorry for your lost. Jim was a good man and a friend to many. Jim's first love was always his family. Jim was a man of principle, integrity, and compassion. If you were his friend, you were a friend forever. I feel that God has blessed me by knowing Jim and being one of the many people he called a friend. I will keep all of you in my prayers and may God be with you all.

I worked with Jim for several years in the automotive sales industry. In an industry our line of work Jim and I dealt with all types of people with deferent back grounds, beliefs and ways of doing things.

But working with Jim I found a man who would never compromise on his charter or his integrity he always did things honestly no matter what the cost to himself or the people he worked for. He was man whose family always came first and himself second. A man who you could count on to do the right thing and always be there for you when you needed him. We need more men like Jim. He will be missed beyond measure. We love you Jim and our deepest heart felt condolences to your family.

Dear Tyree Family,

Please accept my condolences on the death of your husband, father and grandpa. Although it was not sudden we are never ready to suffer the loss of someone so dear to us. I think it was harder for Jim to leave you all than it was to face death. I know how important you all were to him, he shared that often. I wish I had vocabulary that could make your pain less.

I know that all of us that worked with Jimmy wish we could bring him back as the fun loving guy he was every day. Jimmy, the world is a lesser place without you and thank you for all the treats you brought with you to work.
