Obituary of Linda A. Alcock

Linda Ann Alcock, 65 of Iowa City died Tuesday, February 21, 2012, at the Iowa City Care and Rehab Center. Private family services are being planned through Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service of Iowa City. Linda Ann Gillman was born September 26, 1946 in Queens, NY, the daughter of Clifford and Betty (Krause) Gillman. She moved to this area years ago and for some time worked for Chatham Oaks, retiring in 2007. She lived and cared for her family, they were her center of her life, especially her grandchildren! Her family includes her three daughters, April Kurovski (Daniel); Dawn Ketelsen (Jeff); and Holly Newville (Chris); eleven Grandchildren, Jillian, Joseph, Jayden, Justin, Ryan, Cody, Jesse, Grace, Michaela, Olivia, and Rylee; and her former husband, Edward Alcock (Janet).
