Obituary of Stacie L. Wilkins

Stacie L. Wilkins, 36 of 2718 Wayne Avenue Apt. #9, Iowa City died suddenly Monday, November 26, 2007, at her home of unexplained causes. A gathering for family and friends to remember Stacie’s life will be held from 2 to 4pm Saturday, December 1, 2007 at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City. Stacie Lynn Wilkins was born July 13, 1971, in Moline, IL the daughter of William C. and Shirley A. (Pool) Wilkins. Growing up in the Quad Cities she graduated from North Scott High School. She lived in the area until moving to Phoenix where she resided until moving back to Iowa, settling in Iowa City over five years ago. Here she was employed by Mercy Hospital. Her family includes a son, Geoffrey A. Fothergill of Phoenix; father, William Wilkins of Bettendorf; mother, Shirley Schwerdtfeger of Springfield, OH; brothers, Dorrian Wilkins of Exline, IA, and Royce Wilkins of Moline; grandmother, Doris Wilkins of Preemption, IL. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, step-grandfather and grandmother.
