Obituary of Linda Hahn

Linda Hahn, 43 of Solon died Friday, August 15, 2008, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. Linda Joy Hahn was born July 12, 1965, in Iowa City the daughter of Fredrick P. and Alice G. (Kroger) Hahn. Following graduation from Solon High School in 1983, she attended and received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Iowa. Linda was an avid reader, when she was away from the family farm you could usually find her at the Solon or Iowa City Library. In their home she has acquired her own substantial library collection. Her family includes her sister, Lois Hahn; brother, Oscar Hahn both of Solon; nephew, Randall Matthess of Iowa City; aunt and uncle, Linda and Paul Fuhrmeister of Iowa City; and numerous cousins around the country. Cremation services were provided through Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City. A gathering for family and friends will be held at a later date to be announced.
