Obituary of Linda K. Duhn

Linda K. Duhn, 60 of Clarion, Iowa formerly of the Emmetsburg / Spencer areas died Sunday, August 29, 2010, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, September 2, 2010 at the Ruthven United Methodist Church in Ruthven, Iowa with the Reverend Maize officiating. Linda Kay Hansen was born November 30, 1949, in Spencer, Iowa the daughter of Wayne and Shirley (Mills) Hansen. She graduated of Ruthven High School. Linda has worked in the health profession for many years in the Spencer and Clarion areas. Her family includes her children, Brant Duhn (Karen) of Dassel, MN; Craig Duhn (Samantha) of Armstrong, IA; and Heather Miller (Heath) of Spencer; 9 grandchildren, her father, Wayne Hansen of Peterson, IA; sisters, Karen Grate of Spencer, and Sharon Orwig (Glen) of Marathon, IA; brothers, Stan Hansen of Belmond, IA; and Kevin Hansen (Denise) of Jackson, MN. She was preceded in death by her mother, Shirley; and a brother, Robert Hansen.
