Obituary of Glenna Danke

She was born December 6, 1929, in rural Johnson County, the daughter of Amos and Edith (Alberhasky) Reynolds. She married Dwayne “Doc” Dahnke December 30, 1949, in Iowa City. She has lived her entire life in this area. For a number of years she worked in food service for Iowa City Community Schools at Coralville Central Elementary School. Her family includes her husband, “Doc”; son: Gary Dahnke of Coralville, grandson: Scott Dahnke of Tiffin, and her brother, Richard Reynolds of California. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Lucille Brogan, Loretta Oaks, and Edna Ellis; brothers, John, Bob, and Lewis Reynolds.
