Obituary of Eileen Siemer

Her family includes two brothers: Leland Siemer of Coralville, Larry and wife Peggy Siemer of Cedar Rapids, a nephew: Larry T. Siemer of Clarinda, a niece: Sue and husband Mike Brummer of Marion, three great nephews: Jamie, Josh and Jake Brummer and her cat Tabby all of Marion. Her parents, three sisters, sister in-law Helen Siemer preceded her in death. Eileen Deloris Siemer was born on September 11, 1926 in Oxford, Iowa the daughter of Herman H. and Lena A. Miller Siemer. She attended Oxford Schools. Eileen worked at Head Start and then the Playschool as cook, retiring in 1995. She was a member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church where she attended faithfully. She loved her family including her three great-nephews, phone conversations with friends and watching professional wrestling. Eileen always put the needs of others first, she will be remembered for her warm smile and wonderful laugh.
