Derek & I just learned of this today. My heart goes out to Ian's family for their loss. What a wonderful child he was! I can still hear his laugh and the fun and joy he brought to all. We all lost touch once Ian moved away to another school. I knew he would become a fine young man with the wonderful parents Ian had. Sherry and Phil, we are hopeful that the wonderful memories you have sooth you during the tough moments. I am so sorry we were not there to lend encouragment and support when you needed it most!

I came across Ian's obituary while searching online for friends with whom I had lost touch over the years. I was deeply saddened to learn of his passing, and will fondly remember the time I spent with Ian. My prayers go out to his family and loved ones. I'm sure he is greatly missed by all who knew him.
