Jack L. Johnson, Jr., 44 of 1100 Arthur Street, Iowa City died suddenly, Friday, September 9, 2005 at his home. Funeral services will be 11am Thursday, September 15, 2005 at Unity Center of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, 3791 Blairs Ferry Road, NE with the Reverend Thelma J. Hembroff officiating. Jack’s family includes three daughters, Janine and her husband, Kevin Lang of Canton, Michigan, Jennifer Johnson of Cedar Rapids and Nicky Smith of Missouri; two sons, Travis Johnson of Cedar Rapids and Cody Smith of Missouri, his mother Betty J. Sanchez of Benson, Arizona; his step-father, Edward Kleinstauber of Cedar Rapids, two sisters Lisa Frazier and Michelle Kleinstauber, both of Cedar Rapids and a brother, Paul Kleinstauber of Cedar Rapids, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Jack was preceded in death by his father and grandparents. Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service, Iowa City is caring for Jack’s family and his services.
