Obituary of Tyler Allen Moen

Tyler Allen Moen, 3, died Saturday, April 22, 2006 at home with his parents, Keith Moen and Catherine Mayberry in Washington, Iowa. Funeral services will be 10:30 am Wednesday, April 26, 2006 at Grace Fellowship Church, Iowa City with Reverend Gary Miller officiating. Burial will be in the Elm Grove Cemetery, Washington, Iowa. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 pm, Tuesday, April 25, 2006 at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service, Iowa City. In lieu of flowers, a Tyler Allen Moen Memorial Fund has been established. Tyler’s family includes his parents, Keith Moen and Catherine Mayberry of Washington; a brother, Trever; grandparents, Steve and Pam Gillham of Hills, Iowa, James Mayberry, Steve Murray and Vickie Moen of Lowell, Arkansas and Keith Moen, Sr. of Bloomington, Indiana, his great grandparents and his godfather, Steffo Dore.
