Obituary of Maritza Lara

Maritza A. Lara, 72 of 2605 Rochester Avenue, Iowa City died peacefully Saturday, July 25, 2009, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Maritza was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. She had a lifelong love of learning, classical music and art. She was happiest when surrounded by her friends and family. She is survived by her beloved husband Oscar and their children and grandchildren. Family services will be held this week.
