Violet and Paul became good friends to Sofie and me when we visited them on Fridays, at Crestview. Sofie loved seeing Violet, in fact each Friday, I would say to Sofie that we were going to see Violet today and she would jump in the car. Violet was a very special lady who always loved seeing Sofie. I know that she is now with her beloved Paul, whom she missed greatly. Our Crestview visits will not be the same without seeing Violet but we know that she is in Heaven with Paul and their puppy. Violet, we love you and will miss your wonderful smile. We send our deepest sympathy to your family and friends. You touched Sofie and my life in a very special way.

When I was a teenager I worked with Violet at the Colony Village Restaurant. I have many happy memories of working with Violet. We always had a good time.
