Obituary of Samantha Jo Broulik

Samantha Jo Broulik, infant daughter of Ronda Stucker and Jacob Broulik of Iowa City died Wednesday, January 18, 2012, at the University of Iowa Hospitals where she was born on December 15, 2011. Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. Monday, January 23, 2012, at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City. There will be visitation after 4pm Monday until services at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Samantha's memory. Vernon; great-grandparents, Ethel Good of North Liberty; Shirley and Don Diehl of Coralville, and Geraldine Broulik of Mt. Vernon.
