LaVaughn was a loving, kind supporter of Gerry when she placed him in our care. I had known her for some time through Gerry's membership in the Optimist Club. I found her an interesting person with lots of historical knowledge and stories.

I met LaVaughn after I began working elections with Gerald. They were a wonderful couple. Her graciousness and loving heart will be sorely missed. My sympathies to you, her family, at the death of this wonderful lady.
