I am so sorry to hear that Dick is gone. I rode the school bus with Dick and his siblings. Linda, it has been many years since we have seen each other and I want to let you know that I have you all in my prayers. God's Healing hand to you all.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Linda and her children. Richard was always happy and cheerful no matter what his day was like. He was very well liked by all and had a whistle that could be heard from hallways away. He helped so many people and took everyone under his wing. He will never be forgotten.
To think of Richard being gone makes me think of the song "only the good die young".
He will be missed greatly by both staff and residents at Oaknoll.

Richard will be greatly missed in the neighborhood.
He was always so pleasant to talk with as he walked their dog, Sammy.
He always asked how you were doing and inquired about other neighbors that were having problems.
He was such a nice and happy man and always laughed when my dogs would bark at his little dog,
My thoughts go out to his wife Linda and their family.
