Condolences
Julie, Beth and I are grateful to have met both you and Pat when we first moved to Solon two years ago...we met you at Savvy's one day and you welcomed us to the area by treating us to breakfast, remember? We were amazed by your friendliness and warmed by the obvious depth of your love for each other. Both you and Pat have taught us so much about strength and courage in the face of hardship, and we have a lot of respect for you. Please know that you and Pat have been in our thoughts prayers since we met you, and we will continue to keep you close to our hearts during this difficult time. Please don't hesitate to call on us for anything--even for just a cup of coffee at Savvy--our treat this time!
So many memories of Pat, from Softball, to the Roller Rink, to everyday life in the Air Force. Pat had a huge effect on me in the AIr Force, and I think his influence has helped mold me to what I am today. I wish I could have spent more time with him in the service before getting out. There is a special place for him in heaven, I am sure the Lord has him helping people already, he sure helped my time in North Dakota, he will truly be missed.
My deepest sympathies for your family. I remember Pat from the Missile Group. He always had a kind word and a warm smile. God Bless
Julie we are very sorry for your loss. I know your strong faith will pull you through. Julie, please know that you are not alone through this many many people love you.
God Bless you all during this time. Pat was an amazing personality and a person who was passionate about life. His personality and witty remarks were hard to keep up with. He loved and fought so hard to have more time here on Earth. He beat the odds and he can finally rest in peace. Heaven has gained a wonderful person. Pat is another example for us not to take life for granted. He showed me to enjoy each day, be kind as you may not get another chance to "get it right". You never know when your time is going to be. I am a better person because of Pat and Julie. Pat endured so much, but didn't let that stop him from enjoying life to the fullest even on the days he didn't feel well. He never gave up. Love to you all.
I've known Pat a good many years. He was one of the good guys, one of the few men who never turned you down if you needed help. He had an infections smile, eyes that would pierce the soul and a kind and gentle spirit about him. When I reconnected with him following retirement through Facebook, it was like we never were separated, only catching up on some lost time. I was saddened to hear of his cancer, but from our online chats, he had resolved himself of the issue and was ready for the next phase in his life. I will miss Pat, but know that the Lord has finally eased his pain and is holding him close now. I look forward to seeing your bright eyes and infections smile again Pat. We will catch up again in a twinkling of an eye.
Pat's sweetness will shine on. I'm so glad I got to know him. Our thoughts are with you, Julie, and your family.
Julie and Family,
My thoughts and prayers to you and your families. Pat has and will always be an inspiration to all who knew him.The love you shared was an inspiration to me and the life I want to live. Thinking of you always. Lisa
Our family met Pat at Jen & Jeremy's wedding almost three years ago. He was a very warm, friendly & gracious man. We liked him right away! We didn't know him well but knew that he'd been a wonderful father to Jen. He was the type of person who put you at ease from the moment you met him, which is a rare quality.
Our prayers go out to Pat's family in this difficult time. You can be comforted by knowing that he is in the Kingdom of the Lord, but will be with you in spirit always.
God Bless,
Bruce & Natalia Bottini & family
Julie amd family, you have my heartfelt sorrow and sympathy. I worked with Pat, just before I retired in "97". He was a good friend and co-worker. It is so hard to hear when one of our own passes and I will miss him dearly. Take care. Love, Rich and Sandy
My deepest sympathy for your loss. I had the pleasure working with Pat for several years. He quickly became a trusted advisor, loyal friend, and always provided perspective on what was most important in life family, friends and service to the community. I feel very blessed to have benefited from Pat's sound advice, perspective and and commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.

To Julie and Family,
You are in my thoughts and prayers. I know it's been a hard road but as I watched and listened over the years, you had many blessings that God gave you as a family for each additional day He gave Pat to all of you. My heart ache with yours.
Pat was my team chief, supervisor, and colleague in the U.S. Air Force at Grand Forks Air Force Base in North Dakota. More than anything else, Pat was a friend.
My prayer for all of you is that God would wrap His loving arms around you. May He keep and sustain you in the days ahead.

Julie and family,
Our family is thinking of you and praying for you, Pat on your journey to heaven. We will always remember how you welcomed us here to St. Mary's parish in our move to Iowa.
Love and Prayers,
The McKinnies
Oh Julie I wish I could give you a big hug right now. Please take comfort knowing the prayers of many are being sent your way. You and Pat are such a great couple who always show no matter what comes your way, love prevails. Brian, the kids, and I will be praying for you, your family and for Pat's beautiful soul. God bless!!!
Julie and family, you are in our thoughts and prayers. Even though we may be at a distance and have not been able to visit much, Pat would always welcome a drop by visit from us. Juile is a high school classmate and Pat was always very excited to see Julie have her ol' buddies stop by! It seemed to make his day, when Julie was beaming with joy.
I remember him telling me, I love when Julie is happy! She deserves to be happy.
He was such a great person and has left a lasting impression on so many. He will be missed by us all.
A devoted husband, father, son and friend.....what a great life he lived! He truely did make his life something to celebrate!
Many hugs to you all!
Pat was a great friend and a wonderful man. For those that knew Pat, would tell you he was a very giving person and was such a fighter and would do anything for those he loved and cared for. He fought so hard for his life these past several years but lived at the same time. I am going to miss him so much. He was my golf partner on the Pearson golf league for several years. He was so good at those impossible shots (in the woods, behind a tree, on rocks) because he would tell you he was there often.....many opportunities to practice! We are so blessed to know him and we all learned something from Pat.
Uncle Pat had a effect on everyone he met! He was strong willed and an inspiration! He was an amazing man who will never ever be forgotten! We love you
