Ruth, Mark and Amy,

I was saddened to see that Duane had passed away. Having observed the degree of detail and attention that he brought to the estate-planning process, I know he was an outstanding public servant during his career.

I hope that the memories of the many good times you shared with Duane will bring you comfort and peace at this difficult time.
