Rita, Tom, and Elaine- Fran was more than a brother-in-law to me. He was a dear and respected friend and uncle to our 3 sons. He taught me much about life and values. Though separated by circumstances, decades, and distances, I thought of him and you, Rita, Tom, and Elaine often. Hope some day we can get together again to reminisce about the good times. I am out of town and just wanted to give my condolences to Fran's family.

He was a wonderful friend to me and my family. Always has something nice to say and a smile. I feel honored to have known him.
