I was very shocked when watching t.v. on that Sunday. I was in my room with my girlfriend and I freaked out loud. Taleb it's me Marco Frausto buddy from West Liberty if you can hear me I'm saddend of the situation, we were party buddies for a little bit, the most fond memory I had was when we were having a good time at Adrian's house here in town and we were all sitting outside talking mixed martial arts. I remember we were out there till the sun came up the next morning but buddy, take it easy and know that you are going to be missed.
Denise,
I am so sorry for your loss. Many years ago, when our sons were in junior high and my son, Joe, delivered the newspaper (back-to-back route with yours), we shared those early morning hours, harvesting rhubarb helping each other out, talking and laughing about our young families and getting through life. And now for you and your family to face such tragedy... Please know that I am thinking of you and keeping you all in my prayers.
Denise and Yousef,
I remember haning out with Taleb in high school. Going to rock n' skate on Fridays. He always could get me to smile. He will be missed. Aisha when I worked with you at MCI I remember you being so proud whenever I would ask you how Taleb was doing. M thoughts are with you all and my heart goes out to you.
Denise and family,we are so deeply saddened by the news of Taleb's passing. We saw the news report but only today (3/16) learned that it was him.We hope that you all can get through this time knowing how much love and support you have from so many who knew and loved him,and all of you.Take care,Steve and Becca from Crossroads Tattoo.

We met Taleb numerous times while visiting our daughter at the University of Iowa. He would always remember us. His beaming smile, handshakes and hugs were always welcome. Taleb was the perfect gentleman during his visit to our home in Minnesota and was always welcomed back. A toast to you our good friend. R.I.P.

Denise and family,
Denise and Aisha, Words cannot express our sorrow in the loss of your son and brother. Your entire family is in our thoughts and prayers.
Since Monday all I can think about is Taleb. I used to hang out with Taleb back in the day. I met him through my boyfriend at the time and although I went to City High and he went to West High, we became pretty close and hung out on a daily basis. I, personally will never forget Taleb's smile and laugh. He was such a great friend to me. My heart is aching over this tragedy and I only knew him for a short time. He had such an impact on me that since Monday morning, he is on my mind constantly. I cannot imagine what his family and close friends are going through. I want you all to know how deeply sorry I am for your loss. I am thinking of you at this very sad time. I will always remember the good ol' days with Taleb and I hope he rests in peace.
Aisha and family,
Sorry to hear about Taleb. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
If you need anything let us know.
sincerely Robert and Linda

My heart and prayers go out tohe family. Taleb and Dennis were friends for a long time. I remember them in their football uniforms, and playi ng just about any kind of sport they could. They would take a raquet ball and rackets out in the street and see who could it it the furthest. Crazy kids. Taleb was alway such a polite gentleman. When I had my heart attack he came with Dennis to see me in the hospital. Not too many young men would do that. I will truely miss him.
Denise -
My heart breaks for you and your family as you suffer through this loss of the life of Taleb. My prayers and tears go out to you and all of your family as you go down this hard road. There are things that happen in life that are just not understandable, and this is definitely one of those times. I will remember Taleb as the inquisitive, energetic, athletic young man who used to stop by the lab and what a smile that would bring to your face and to your heart. It was obvious to all how much you loved your son. Hugs to you and my deepest sympathy. Joellen

Denise, Aisha, Tarik, and family-
I can't pretend to understand the heartache you must be enduring during this time, now and forever. I have many great memories of Taleb, he was always around when Dennis and I dated in high school. He even bought me my pregnancy test because I was too scared and nervous back then. He sure didn't want to, but like a friend does, he did. I am praying for you all to heal in time. He will never be forgotten by any of us. He was a special man and your family is blessed with each other to help get through this together. I am so sorry for your loss and words can't express that enough.
my thoughts and prayers go out to talebs family, although it has been a few years since ive last seen taleb i can still hear that rediculous laugh he had and smile that went ear to ear. truly a stand up man and will be missed.
Taleb was my TA for the very first engineering class I ever attended at the University of Iowa. He was an excellent role model for all students and was always willing to provide guidance. Taleb stood out among the crowd as being intelligent, responsible, and respectful. There is not a more talented and hardworking individual. Although I didn't know Taleb closely, he made a distinct and lasting impression on me by the way he conducted himself everyday. My condolences go out to his family. He was a truly amazing person and will be sorely missed by this world.
