Condolences
Dear Julie
We are so very sorry for the loss of your father. You always spoke of him with so much love! All the comments we have read, describe a truly good man loved and respected by all who knew him! Our thoughts are with you at this time. We know he will be missed so much!
I know Glen lived every day to its fullest, up to the end. I am honored to have cared for him, and get to know the family. Thank you for your kind words in the obituary, they are humbling and much appreciated. My condolences to all of you as you remember him and celebrate his life.
I was so sad to hear that Glen has passed away. He was the most caring, gentle human being. Ron and I enjoyed his visits to Santa Fe and lunches at the Shed.
To Glen's Family
We are so sorry for your loss. We have fond memories of Glen as a very warm and caring neighbor. We remember him as always being very upbeat and having a good sense of humor. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
My sincere condolences on the loss of your dad, Julie. You spoke so fondly of him that I know he was an important part of your life. May he continue to enjoy the peace and warmth of being around loved ones as he takes his place among those that have been called home.
My prayers are with you and your family.
I unfortunately did not get to meet Mr. Gill. I am the Clinical Manager for the ICU. I am so proud and grateful for your positive comment in the obituary. I have further recognized Emily for her outstanding care. I also recently lost my father when he was a patient here in our ICU. I heard a saying on MASH that said those who have the most, have the most to lose. It seems like reading abut his life he accomplished so much. My deepest condolences to your family. Dessie Myers
It was my pleasure to meet with Uncle Glen in Galien, Michigan prior to his passing. I thoroghly enjoyed his stories about my grandfather and his brother James Dill. Uncle Glen was a true American hero and I will miss him at our family reunions. My sincerest condolences go to his immediate and extended family. Steve Becsei and Mike Becsei
Julie -
Words seem inadequate to express the sadness we feel about your father's passing.
May you rest in peace...knowing you will be united with your parents and your brothers. Just thinking of the reunion you will have gives me great joy. May your children remember all the love and memories you leave them...love Karen Becsei Mazuchowski- (Jim Dill Sr.) granddaughter.
Glen was a wonderful Uncle. He was a great listener and loved a good joke. He was a great role modle to all of his family. He is the last of ten boys and my last living Uncle. I lost my Dad 40 yrs ago. I always felt when i talked with Glen I got the same answers I would have gotten from my own Dad. They are all together once again, what a reunion. Ron
I am sorry for your loss. I don't remember ever meeting Glen but I am sure I must have. I am James Dill granddaughter. My mother was Bette Dill. It sounded like he enjoyed life and his family.. I am sure he will greatly missed.

We are so very sorry to hear of the passing of your Dad. We know he was your hero Julie and he will always be with you in spirit. Hugs to you and your family.
We have so many fond memories it is hard to pick just one. We so fondly remember our trip to New Mexico many years ago when Susie was eight months pregnant with Tabatha. We picked this memory because both Yonk and Glen welcomed us into their home and treated all for of us, Susie, Duane, Bill and Josephine like royalty. Glen took us to the local eateries so we could taste his favorite, the green chili and then we were off to Taos for a couple of bottles of wine and Yonk kicking her heels up skirt and all in the back seat. We truly have loved our time that we have been able to spend with all the Dill family. You only have to look at Becky, Tim, Julie and Doug to see what a fantastic job Glen and Yonk did raising their children. They are truly a model for the rest of us. Family was and still is first priority for Glen and Yonk.
Until we see them again on the other side.
Love, Susie, Duane, Tabatha and Tiffany Harley
My family lived next door to Glenn and Jean in Santa Fe and I have been friends with their children for 50 years. My fondest memories are of a kind, gentle man who was always there to listen to his children and share a laugh. He was always concerned and interested in news of my family and we stayed in touch through his daughter Becky all these years. Glenn, I will miss you and know you are with Jean now looking down on your children and their families.
I've known Glenn since 1967. He was my boss on several different ocassions and a good and loyal friend whom I always respected highly.
Janet and I always enjoyed visiting with Jean and Glenn when they lived in Santa Fe.
Our prayers are with Glenn and his family.
A special thanks to Julie for keeping us in contact with Glenn.
