Condolences
I have got information yesterday. Really long way from USA to Europe. I miss her since I left. I was planning to visit them this year as we met in summer 1999. I'm very said that I did not come before.
She was great person and I'm sorry that I would not have an opportunity to meet her again. I loved her as she would be my mom.
Sending My heartfelt condolences.
Genna,
I just found out about your mom and dad's passing. I am so very sorry for your great loss. I always think of your mother with smiles. She was such a good woman. She comes to mind particularly at Christmas. She would always call me and tell me about which families needed a little help this time of year. I will forever think of her and say a prayer for you whenever I drive down Zeller. God Bless you Genevieve.
Just saw this in the Economist. So sorry for your loss, Genna. The boys still have fond memories of tinkering in your Mother's garden. Our thoughts are with you.
Our sympathies to your family. Natlie was always there to greet us when we would drop off the computer for Kevin to fix. She could carry on a great conversation! Both Natlie & Kevin are missed! Thinking of you!
Our thoughts and prayers go out to Natlie's family. In the few years that Kevin took care of our computer problems, it was always Natlie who would call and make sure that I understood the fixes and how to avoid them in the future. She was always so patient and understanding. We will miss both Natlie and Kevin. May they rest in peace, together again.
To Natlie's Family,
I am so saddened and shocked by Natlie's passing. I offer you my deepest and heartfelt sympathies. I have been a customer of Natlie for about 15 years. I've never met a more friendly person and great business friend. She was always so pleasant and professional. I bought 1000s of shirts from Natlie, who has been my exclusive source for General Mills.
She will always be remembered by her General Mills family! We are so sorry for your loss.
Our condolences to Nat's family. Natlie and I became good freinds serving together on North Liberty's planning and zoning commission a number of years ago. I always appreciated her candid opinons, her strong will, and desire to do what was best for the community. I can't say we always agreed on everything, but we had a good time sorting out the details. I will truly miss our conversations about local politics, and often unsolicited (and solicited) advice. What a great person!! Jan and I miss you dearly, rest in peace Nat.
I am so shocked and saddened. Natlie was my best friend in grade school when she lived in Wheatland. We lost touch with each other but I have thought of her often. I am so surprised to find out that we resided in the same area all of this time.!!!
Natalie and I were on the original board of directors for the NL Food Pantry. I immediately loved her wit, humor, advocay, kindness, forthrightness, and her wonderful ability to think outside the box. I loved her family stories and her adventures buying underwear for the children's underwear project which she started. I still look for underwear on sale. My favorite memory is receiving a phone call from her asking if I wanted to do a "drive by". What!!!!!!! I exclaimed. We both admired a single mother who was dedicatied to her children and grandchildren. Their needs always came first. Natalie and I purchased items tht we knew this mother would not buy herself. We assembled them and left them on her doorstep early on Mother's Day. Natalie gave me the courage to be more daring with acts of kindness. It was all right to step outside the box. Her kindness lives on in all the people's lives she lovingly touched. It is so fitting that she would want kindness to perpetuate after she leaves us. Thank you Natalie for you courage, sense of wonder, and your compassion. Ronnye Wieland
Natalie and I were on the first board of directors for the North Liberty Food Bank. We clicked instantly because of her humor, compassion, originality, advocacy, and her wonderful way of thinking outside the box. I loved her family stories and her sharing of setting up the "underwear" project for children. I was always on the lookout for children's underwear on sale and she inspired me to tell coworkers and friends about her project. They became great contributors. My favorite memory is Natalie calling me and asking if I wanted to do a "drive by". What????? I exclaimed. She and I knew a family who were struggling and we both admired the mother's dedication to her children. Natalie and I collected items that we thought the mother would "love" and never get for herself. Several great gifts were assembled and Natalie left them on the her porch steps very early Mother's Day morning. This is only one example of Natlie's random acts of kindness. She influenced me to be more daring with my acts of kindness. Her kindness lives on in me and in the lives of the many people she touched.
You are in my thoughts and prayers every day!
As a Title I reading teacher in the ICCSD, Natlie would print the Let's R.A.P. (Read Along with Partners) t-shirts that were distributed to hundreds of elementary students at Awards Night for completing an at home reading program She was a wonderful business person, very professional, friendly and cordial. She alway strove to print the best product and hundreds of children wore these t-shirts with honor and pride.
What a loss! I worked with Natlie on the NL Community Pantry board and was always touched by her love and compassion for people in need. She was a creative, dynamic individual, challenging herself and others. I'm glad I was able to spend a little time with her after Keven's death, when I was back in NL over the holidays. My heartfelt sympathies to all her family.
I met a young Natlie when she worked at Rossie's cafe in iowa city.
she was strong , and giving, a very rear kind of person.
My god be with her family and feinds and ease your pain from this loss.
Natlie was a great person with strong opinions and a great heart. She will be missed by many. My condolences to all the family.
One of the most genuine and kind individuals I have ever known. I enjoyed doing business with her. She will be greatly missed.
Natalie-you will be truly missed by so many but especially me. I have known you for almost 7 years and I have never met anyone quite like you. You always knew how to make me smile and what to say when I needed a "pep" talk about life. You have the biggest heart of anyone I have ever met, you did so many wonderful things for so many people. Although I am very sad to know I will not see you in person again-I am happy to know that you are at peace with your dear Kevin.
Natalie you were so good to the kids at Penn when I was there.. If a child couldn't afford a t-shirt you took their name and gave them one. We would have meetings about something and we always ended up talking about other things and you were just plain fun. Often times we never say that we appreciated you and I remember you once said just pass it on when I thanked you. May you look down at us an smile like I remember your happy face.
Jenna if you need anything let me know.
My condolences to your families.
Dan, Kim and all the Wilkerson Family,
Deepest sympathy to all. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

I can not believe Natalie has moved on to do even better things. I am sure she has her wings already for all of the loving things she did while she was with us here.
I met Natalie at the Food Bank in North Liberty and she was so full of life and energy she inspired and motivated us all. The town will miss her as she did so much to organize and work for the good of the community and especially the less fortunate in it. My heart felt sympathy goes out to the family. I am so glad I met her and had a chance to know her.
I am in a state of shock that Natlie is gone. She was a former customer with us at The UPS Store in North Liberty, but she was also a good friend. Although we didn't know each other all that well, I have never met a more kind-hearted and selfless person. I wish I would have had the chance to say good-by to her. She saved me more than once. My sympathies to her family.
A wonderful person has left us - yet she is still here. I was blessed to know Natile. She was a wonderful person and had loved her family very much. I worked with Natlie on her TCA project. What compassion she had. I have been truly blessed to know her.
