Sandy, Don was a kind and generous man who helped me become adjusted when I came to OPI and when I became the department's acting director. How quickly and how extensively he learned the computer and printing business was phenomenal to me. He was of enormous help when FYI went from typewritten sheets to a tabloid format.-Joe
