Betty R. Stratton

Condolences
Oh that laugh!! For as far back as I can remember, Betty Stratton's laugh has been one of my most favorite sounds in the world. You could hear that laugh any where on the planet, and would immediately know it was Betty, and you just wanted to laugh with her!!! I have such wonderful memories of our parents playing cards and of us kids listening to them talk and laugh and laugh and laugh....so much laughter!! And we would laugh with them because they were having so much fun, and I remember my jaws would just hurt from laughing so hard!! Such wonderful memories. I don't ever remember Betty not smiling or laughing about something, and I'll always remember how she treated all of us kids with such love, as if we were her own. I am so very sorry for your loss Davey, Jeff, and Mike, and all of Betty's family. What a beautiful and very, very special lady---any of us who were blessed to have Betty in our lives share in your sorrow. But just picture the card game and hilarity going on up above, and you can't help but have a happy feeling about that! Hang on to that thought and your millions of good memories and they will get you through. Take care. with love, Peggy

Aunt Betty is and will remain one of the most special people I have ever known. Special in the way she accepted others, in her love for her family, in her infectious laugh and sense of humor, in how she made everyone she came in contact with feel just as special.
Stratton family you have my sympathy. May you find peace in knowing she is with the good Lord and her family.Probably having a hell of a card game with my mother Judy Folkedahl.
Such a terrible loss to the Stratton family ! ! Betty always had the spirit, the laughter, the smile, the twinkle in her eyes of a much younger person. I loved my mom, but Betty Stratton was the most unique mom I ever knew ! !
Always laughing and always finding the bright side to anyone, anything, etc. I know you will look back on memories you forgot you had of your mom/grandma/mother-in-law and at times it will make you smile even though it hurts so bad. Take care of each other and enjoy life - as your mom would want you to...... With my love and respect, Dianna (Brant) Brack
