Anita -
We were so sorry to hear of Len's passing yet we have such happy memories of Len (and you!) From your visit to our Colorado home with Mom and Dad, to Len's giant smile and wonderful humor to our peanut dispensing moose (hand-made by Len) - all wonderful remembrances of times past.

Steve and family,
I just wanted you to know how special you are to me as you were a good friend of mine in high school. Your dad was all integrity!!!! We didnt come in to just buy tires it was all about relationships and what he meant to the community of Iowa City.

My deceased husband, Dick Stewart, served with him in Korea and admired him. When we would go to Iowa City to visit our daughter, we visited with Leonard several times.

Len was a perfect gentleman in every respect, had class and was a friend to all....we became acquainted when our sons were playing Little League baseball at City Park, then on the Babe Ruth baseball, IC Booster Club, the Elks Club and then many summer trips playing golf with the "Bogie Busters".....he loved playing golf and enjoyed the refreshments following.....a great guy that we are truly proud to call a friend... Anita and family, our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time, however, you'll have many great memories to share with each other......
