Dorothy J. Fountain, 83 of rural Iowa City died Thursday, September 12, 2013, at Atrium Village in Hills.Her family includes a daughter and son-in-law, Cory and Mike Bauwens of Iowa City; 5 grandchildren, Melena, Joe, Josh, Jake and Jon, brother, James Black of Coralville; and a sister-in-law, Marian Plecker of Hills. Dorothy's family is going to honor her request of no public services. Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation service is caring for Dorothy's family and her arrangements.
