Obituary of Laurelie J Woolley

Laurelie J. “Lori” Woolley, 59 of Coralville, died suddenly at her home on Tuesday, June 14, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 1 pm Monday, June 20, 2016 at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City, where a time of visitation will follow services. Laurelie Jolene Johnson was born February 4, 1957, in Mason City, Iowa the daughter of Kenneth and Barbara (Formanek) Johnson. She has lived in the Iowa City area since 1992 where she worked for the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in the housekeeping department. Lori enjoyed sewing, cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Green Bay Packers, and loved spoiling her grandchildren! Her family includes her husband, Ricky; children, Gary O’Dell, Bridget Riser (Ty), and Kevin O’Dell; 5 grandchildren, Janikka (Besim), Abbie, Tanner, Kylee and Zane; and her siblings, Loretta Martin, Lenny Kelly, Leo Kranbeer (Karen), Janie Olson (Daryl), and Julie Schlawin (Greg). She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 sisters, Barb DeWall, Roberta Sheehan and Charlotte Bray; her niece, Theresa Kelly, and her nephew, David Hartema.
