Uncle Robert will always have a special place in my heart. He was a wonderful, caring man who will be missed. Much love, Elaine and Bill
I have such wonderful memories of a 90th birthday celebration, where we honored this wonderful husband and father, and played a lot of dominos! He lives on in all of you. My prayer is that you feel the calming presence of his love. Beverly
We never had the pleasure of meeting Becky's Dad, but it was obvious to all that heard my friend talk about her Dad, that he was a good, strong man and a devoted father who was loved and adored by many. We are so sorry for your loss and grateful that you have so many wonderful memories of a well lived life. Love and comfort to you all - Dean, Rhonda, Nick, Cody, Brittany, and MacKenzie
Maxine I don't know if you remember me or not but I'm Betty Klenk we lived next door to you on Benton street. Was sorry to hear of Roberts pasting.
Our hearts and prayers to the family. It was wonderful to have met him in Reno during one of his visits. God bless. Gene and Nancy
As a friend of Becky's from Reno, Nevada, I feel like I know her Iowa family through her loving stories from her youth and her visits throughout her adult years. Robert's obituary is a tribute to an outstanding husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather - someone who represents the backbone of our country. His values will live on in all of his wonderful family. My condolences to all of you.
Our thoughts and prayers are with all your families at this time.
My condolences to the family for your loss. My Uncle Robert will be missed.
