Condolences
Dad, it's been a year since you got sick. I've been thinking about you a lot because this time of the year is bringing back those memories of you being in Mercy and going to Pella to see you. I've also needed time to deal with those you chose to be with that have evil hearts. Their wickedness has finally fallen away from my memories and I can feel purely the loss and missing you that I needed all along. I know your life was not what you had hoped but you did your very best and I understand that and appreciate your sacrifices every day. Say hi to Janice for me, I love and miss you both so much.
Consistently calm...eternal optimist...interested in others....these are descriptions of Larry which first come to mind. He was a very kind man who cared deeply for my mom, and cared much for our family as well. Our two kids really thought a lot of Larry! He was a joy to know. We are really going to miss him...that smile...and who could forget that eyebrow raise of his?? God bless your soul, Larry...until we meet again.
Uncle Larry was an awesome uncle!!! He really enjoyed sports! I always enjoyed playing catch with him growing up. He taught me how to throw the curve ball and knuckle ball. I remember going Pheasant/Rabbit hunting with my dad and uncle Larry and his old hunting dog Kit. Larry was very kind, calm, and he enjoyed joking around and was a lot fun to be with. Until Larry's arthritis prevented it last summer I would always look forward to and enjoyed golfing several times a summer with him. We would usually get a good laugh at our scores, but we had a fun time chatting, enjoying the outdoors and we always enjoyed that shot every so often that would surprised us both and go in. I will miss you very much Uncle Larry!! I Love you David!!
So Sad Larry was a cousin that I never got to know. I sure he was a great guy and he looked like a Price. Prayers for the family.
I'm so very sorry for your loss Malin family. I met Larry last year and he was a very kind man. He loved my cousin Wanda very much. My prayers are with you all as you mourn his loss. God Bless you.
Larry, you were like a true brother to me and one I could always count on. Your quiet and steady demeanor was always a steadying rock for our family. Sorry I can't be there for your send off but know I am with you in spirit. Hugs to those family members we share in heaven as well as those you leave behind on this earth. God Bless.
Your gentleness, kindness, quick humor, common sense, quiet demeanor, love, and your life will be so sorely missed, Dear Larry. Thank you for all those things about you that I was blessed with for awhile, and not long enough.
