Obituary of Robert L Harding Sr.

Robert L. Harding Sr, 67 of Riverside died at his home on Sunday, July 2, 2017.

A time for family and friends to gather will be held from 4 to 7 pm Thursday at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City.  Private family graveside services are being planned at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Robert Lee Harding Sr. was born November 28, 1949, in Iowa City the son of Paul and Dorotha Harding.  His family includes children, Pamela Maxwell (Curtis) and Robert Harding Jr.; step- son, Mike Jondle (Leslie); siblings, Gary Harding (Penny), Audrey Fountain (Chris), Bill Harding (Barby), Ken Harding (Amy), Timm Harding (Elisa), Michele Behrens (Shelly), Lisa Bush and Joseph Bush (Marilyn); grandchildren, Ashley Harding Troge, Christina Almond (Kyle), Ashianna Maxwell, and Christopher Harding; step-grandson, Jesse Jondle; and one great-grandson, Tyrone Harding.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorotha Gonterman; father, Paul Harding; and Robert’s son, Christopher Harding.
