To the White Family,
I was so sorry to hear of your loss. I was very privileged to work with Lu in my early years at Mercy. What a kind wonderful woman. My thoughts and prayers are with you

Aunt Lu is such a wonderful part of my memories of family. I will miss her sense of humor and positive attitude. All my love and prayers to the White family.
Virginia, Bob, Dick, Dennis Steve and Peggy;
You mother is a treasured memory for me. All of our Bob and Lutheria family moments combined with the Alvin and Mary family times are a part of my core.
I am sorry to be unavailable for the services but extend my heartfelt sympath to your loss.

We were saddened to learn of Lu's death. I knew her from her years at Mercy. When she worked in the OR I was working in labor/delivery and our paths often crossed. She was very kind and a good leader. My husband and I were also privileged to know Lu and Frances through square dancing. He taught them to square dance in classes offered at the rec center in Iowa City and we always enjoyed our evenings of dancing with them. They had some beautiful outfits which I know she had made. She also talked of their camping activities and that she often parked their camper. She probably learned that skill growing up as a farm girl. We feel privileged to have known both Lu and Frances. Our sympathies to the family. Jim and Pat Williams
