Condolences
Seth and Martin family
I'm sorry for the loss of your dad, Seth. It was too soon. Randy made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. He loved to entertain. I remember a Halloween party when he dressed up as Batman. He loved to make people laugh. When you were just a newborn - all wrapped up snug in a blanket. Randy said, 'Sherry, he's just like a football. Catch.' Always the jokester. Take care.

Randy was an old friend, funny, and always so kind to me. Always so friendly when I would run in to him over the years. I am so sorry for your loss. May fond and fun memories help carry you through. Hugs to you all, especially to you, Lynn and Mitch.
All our love, Cousin Randy.
Randy lived in my neighborhood many years ago. He was always very kind. I remember when I would call the VA and his voice was on the recording. Very sorry to hear of his passing. My sympathies to his family and friends. Pat

I was saddened to her of Randy's passing. I work at the V.A for many years and enjoyed his positive and happy disposition. He was a great asset for our veterans. Too young.

Sharing Wonderful memories of holidays and parties spent at the Martin's will help all through this loss. RIP Randy give hugs and kisses to your mom and dad, grandma Palmer and Uncle Bubby!

Randy was always a helpful voice on the other end of that phone and always put the Veteran first. He will be missed.
My buddy my pal. Been awhile but the love was always there. Man what a man full of love, life and everything in between. RIP BROTHER
Randy was a good man. If he was your friend he was your friend. None of that "what have you done for me lately" stuff.
Randy and I made our careers serving veterans at the Veterans Medical Center. He worked the administrative side and knew the rules and regulations. But he also knew how to bend the regulations appropriately to help a Vet. No Veteran was left wanting. He was a Veterans advocate to the MAX and mentored many employees on the importance of their service.
Randy respected his parents, family and friends and was fun to be around. He would always greet you with a smile and off-the-cuff funny comment. Randy and I shared deep conversation about life, current events, music and the latest at the VA. I was proud to work with him and proud he was my friend.
Ride on Randy, see ya' on the other side.
We are so sorry for your loss. We always enjoyed spending time with Randy at family reunions and we know how much pride he took in his work with the veterans. You are in our prayers.

I was so shocked to hear of randy's passing. I wish to express my sincere condolences to the family. Randy and I grew up together starting in 1st grade through high school. Sum of our favorite times were our birthday parties celebrating together. It was always a joy to see each other and reminisce about the past and family. I plan on being at the visitation and I am proud to be with the Honor Guard to bestow him with the Military Honors that he deserves. May God Bless You all and guide you through this loss.
I have many wonderful memories of Randy when we were in our 20's and 30's primarily at parties at the Martin residence in North Liberty.I always remember Randy as a "good guy" with a friendly disposition.
My condolences to Greg and Mitch and the whole family.
