Lori sorry for your loss. Surround yourself with friends and family. Keep busy. Deepest sympathy. I’ll call you when return to Iowa to get together. Your friend always, Paula
Your mom was one of the sweetest ladies and kindest souls. I remember many times when we were in junior high and high school when she welcomed all of your friends into your home. I know your loss is huge. I hope your warm and loving memories will help carry you through these difficult times.
So sorry for the loss of this wonderful women. We worked together at the University hospital. She was a hard worker and everyone she came in contact with liked her. The physicians were always complimenting her work.
My prayers go out to the family and for her. I will not be able to attend services because of being out of town. Linda
Beautiful woman, Beautiful Spirit! Not a mean bone in her body. Back in the 60's when Tom would drag home some of his long haired musician friends, you didn't judge us or make us feel uncomfortable. You and Fred made us feel welcome in your home. Heaven is a better place to have you in it!
Lori, I am so sorry for your loss. I know how hard it is to loose your mother. Be comforted by remembering all the good times and love you two shared. Strength to you and your family at this difficult time.
I am so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. Your folks were good friends to my parents and really enjoyed their company. I have thought about Charlotte a lot since losing my parents. I remember the quilt on the wall with family photos. I was so impressed by that. When I think of her, I think of her smile and her laugh. Rest in peace Charlotte.
Charlotte will definitely be missed. She has been one of our mother's closest, dearest friends and classmate for 78 years. Charlotte was just a 'hoot' to be around and you couldn't help but smile when being with her. I cherish lots of memories from the 1950s/1960s being with the Finley family at our parents many card parties and get togethers. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
