I had the pleasure of meeting Chuck and his son Tracy and the adorable Weasel. You always remember names and faces who left a great impression on you and Mr. Klein was sweet and friendly person to be around. My thoughts and prayers to the Klein Family.

I'm so sorry to read of Chuck's passing. I always valued discussions with him as he never failed to stimulate thinking on an issue. He worked zealously for his clients benefit and brought credit in that regard to our profession. The Courthouse has never been quite the same without him. Pat
