Just found out about Mary Ann passing , she was my hero and cousin taught, me to drive a standers VW in Paducah Texas when I was 16. She came for my graduation in 1978 and I cancelled my senior trip to spend it with her . Then she saved my life when my grandparents died. Please I hope someone will contact me she was an angel and my cousin.

I am so very sorry to hear about Mary Ann’s passing. She was a wonderful person and helped me overcome so much in so many ways. Her work lives on and her inspiration and ideas continue to impact the world. We are all so lucky to have been blessed with such an amazing woman in our lives.

One of the best women in the world to grace my life. I miss her every single day. So sorry I couldn’t be there for her service. I will never ever forget her. Love to all of you.

When I felt surrounded by the cold cruel darkness in this world, Mary Ann Pedde was a God sent beaken of light guiding my way back to life. With a happy heart she gave so much to so many. I cherish the time I had with her, and will always value her words of wisdom. My deepest condolences to her family. My deepest gratitude to God for allowing me to meet one of his true vessels. She was to humble to have wanted so much credit but like she would tell me “ It is not hard to tell the truth!” Thank you Mary Ann I will never forget you.

A blessing to all of Mary Ann's family. She touched so many lives with her wisdom, her wit and her staunch belief in the strength of every woman. Her fight against the cancer beast was inspirational! My heart aches at her departure, yet rejoices in her release. Mary Ann will always be remembered as one of Earth's favorite daughters. She will be forever loved in memory, by our family.

We first met Mary Ann and Dennis when our children Meredith and Gabe were seeing each other. Mary Ann and Dennis came to Washington for a visit, and we cherish our memories of the time we got to spend with them. When you met her, you felt that you'd known her all your life.
