Although we didn't spend much time together, Brenda was always good and kind to me. She was fun to be around with her energy and big smile. Even during adversity, she reached out and kept an open door of communication. I'm sorry that circumstances prevented us from spending more time together these past few years, but know that you were loved and appreciated by me. You will be dearly missed by those whose lives you impacted with your love and acceptance.
Deepest condolences to the family. Brenda always had a warm smile for everyone.
I knew Brenda from High School. We only talked a handful of times in the past 39 years since school. Every time we did talk she carried on just as if no time had passed at all! Her warm and friendly personality was great to be around. My condolences to Her family and to all who knew Her.
So sorry for the family's loss you all have my deepest condolences on the loss of this sweet sweet lady. She always treated me like family when Vern and I were around her. RIP and hug your brother for me.
Our hearts are heavy and sadden by the news of Brenda’s sudden passing. We will always remember her joyful and boisterous laughter, and will forever miss her @ family gatherings. Our deepest condolences to Jim and Brenda’s family.
I always loved meeting with Brenda when she worked at A.W. We had such fun talking about our dogs and the news of the day. Such a lovely laugh. So sorry for your loss.
Brenda was an amazing, fun loving, kind person. She made me laugh and was always there to support me, no matter how much time had passed. I will forever hear her early morning rants at Blue and Wrigley. Jim, I can't imagine how you are feeling, but hope you know we are here and that Brenda touched so many.
At the age of 20 I was blessed to have worked with Brenda at Mercy Hospital in Davenport, Iowa. She took me under her wing and trained me in pre admissions at the hospital. Instantly we became friends. Brenda had a laugh and smile that would brighten anyones day as well as big brown eyes that sparkled. Those 9 years working together were the best at Mercy hospital we were a family. Rest in peace, Brenda. Jim, family, friends of Brenda I am so sorry for your loss.
I had the pleasure to work with Brenda during her years at AW Welt Ambrisco. She was so good at her job but, more importantly, was such a delight to work with. She always had a friendly smile and hello and how can I help you. Sometimes I would stop by just for a touch of her smile and friendliness. She loved the clients she worked with and took care of all of them as family. I am so sorry to hear about her early passing but know that she lived life well and to it's fullest and loved all those around her. She will be missed but she created so many good memories for all of us who encountered her.
One of the best things about being in hospitality is that you get to meet so many wonderful people that become friends. My heart is heavy today hearing that our lovely Brenda has passed. Brenda was great fan of Lion Bridge and I just loved seeing her every time she came in. She was one of those guests that became family friends.
She was instrumental in us getting our small business health insurance for our staff when I had no idea where to even start setting it up. I will always be thankful for that. She loved Aldo and all of our staff here at the Taproom. She loved Yard Sale IPA. My heart goes to Jim and all of her friends and family. Brenda, we'll miss you!
Brenda was the best person to randomly run into at work, you were sure to walk away with a smile, or laughing!!! I will miss her dearly.
Brenda and I worked closely together over the past year and a half and we always had a very good rapport. She was an amazing advocate for her clients and we at ELAP Services will miss her very much.
When I worked at TrueNorth Brenda became my good friend and confidant. I could always count on her for uplifting words, a smile and kindness. We enjoyed our lunch outings and talks and those memories will be with me forever. Rest in peace my friend.
We at JR Painting & Decorating are so very sad at the loss of our Brenda. Every time I called the office she answered with a "What up Girl" and we just laughed. Brenda was a Special Awesome Lady...She always went out of her way to help anybody. And that laugh...she could brighten the day...with just a smile
I enjoyed seeing Brenda at work everyday, seeing that infectious smile and laugh she had. She was able to brighten a room the minute she walked in. RIP Brenda. I will miss you.
I had the privilege to see Brenda's smiling face each day at TrueNorth. Brenda worked 1 row over from me, but we were both early birds and always met in the halls, café and elevator each morning! I will forever miss her smile, sense of humor and positivity. My thoughts and prayers are with all of Brenda's family and friends, she will truly be missed. I feel honored to have had the privilege to spend some time with her and she will forever be a part of the TrueNorth family. Please find peace that she is home with our Savior and will forever be looking down at us guiding us through life, but mostly laughing at us!
I am so sorry for your tragic loss, I can't even begin to know the devastating pain you are feeling right now. Please know that our loving Father does know your pain and very soon is going to fix all the things that is causing anguish in our lives, including death; Revelation 21:4 makes that point very clear. We also have the wonderful hope of seeing those we have lost in death, here on earth as John 5:28, 29 brings out. I do hope you gain strength and courage to carry on.
Brenda had such sparkle in her eyes, contagious laugh, and beautiful smile...what a beautiful beacon she is. She will forever shine. My heart is with her family, may peace be with you.
Brenda welcomed everyone that crossed her path and made you feel like you had been friends since the beginning of time. Her laugh and smile always made the day brighter. My condolences to Jim and the rest of Brenda's families. While I am missing a friend and teammate I know you are missing so much more without Brenda's daily presence. God bless you all.
My heart is so sad for Jim and all the extended families. Brenda was truly someone that you could not see for a long time and always pick right back up talking like you'd just seen each other the day before.
God Sees Every Tear.
No heart breaks alone, for God is always near,
And when a prayer is whispered, He's always there to hear.....
When sorrow's overwhelming, He comforts tenderly,
For not a single tear will fall that the Father doesn't see.
My sincere sympathy to all.
Brenda was a true friend and cherished colleague. I had the distinct pleasure of working with her both at TrueNorth and during much of the time at my former place of employment. She always treated me kindly and made me feel welcome. We had many great laughs and little "inside jokes". She is irreplaceable. My heart goes out to her husband and family. I hope to see her again in the resurrection promised in the Bible at John 5:28, 29.
Brenda will be missed, and the days ahead will not be the same!
Brenda, I can still hear your laugh down the hall and see the merry twinkle in your eye. You always took time to listen to me at work if I had troubles or joys with my kids. I still can't believe the news we got yesterday morning. It was immediate what kind of impact you had within our department and throughout the company as word spread. You will be missed.
