Roy was a boy hood friend and his mother was my den mother in doubts and I am a close friend of Bob...he was a good man and will be missed by family and friends....RIP...

To Mary and Family, ….God Bless and may He comfort you in days to come. Mary, I remember you being at Sheller/UTA when I sold safety products - years ago. Roy was in our Boy Scout Troop 207 and was a couple classes below me in Coralville elementary. I remember Bobby as well and especially their father Carl, for his participation and support of our Scouting programs, meetings, and campouts.

I don't need to tell you we lost "a good man". I am sad to see I was reading the Gazette too late to come over for services or visitation. Wish you and the family the best and will pray for peace of mind for you - and for Roy to rest in peace. // Jack Fesler

We are sad to hear of Roy’s passing, and really wish we could be there for his services.
