Hi. I was more of an acquaintance to Randall James "Randy" Keefer. I was a rider for his company SEATS. Although I never met him in person. He used to always pick up the phone whenever I called to check my bus status. He was a very helpful and nice person to talk to. Although he has passed on,He's given me the power of patience during those calls (which weren't often) and helpful nonetheless. Dearly Sorry. -Cali
I am so sorry for your loss and am thinking of you all during this difficult time. I worked Randy at SEATS for the past 11 years and spent many hours with him laughing and joking around in the dispatch/scheduling office. What I will remember about him is that he was one of those people who made you laugh so hard your cheeks hurt, and he had a knack for saying the right thing at just the right time. He was kind to everyone he met and went out of his way to make people feel welcome; he was like family to me and many others. He was kind and patient with our riders and relished in the chaos and problem solving that came with being a dispatcher. He was one of a kind, and I will miss him dearly.
Jim and Judy,
I am so sorry for the loss of your son. Please accept my heartfelt condolences.
Blessings and peace,
Velma Crum
I'm so sorry for your loss. I worked with Randy for many years and will always miss him. It's his sense of humor and kindness toward others which made him stand out. He had a knack for making friends with those around him and was big favorite of the people he worked with.
Judy & Jim and your family, we are so sorry to see this announcement that you have lost your son, all deaths are hard but when parents lose a child it is so hard to understand. We are thinking of you and praying for all of the Keefer family.
Sincere condolences on your family's loss. Whether sudden or expected, deaths are always hard. May you be comforted among all who mourn.
If father Jim Keefer is the same who taught P.E. at Robert Lucas Elementary, I was one of your students, starting in my 3rd-grade year of 1967-8. It would be super to catch up with you.
If father Jim is not the same, accept my sincere condolences nevertheless.

My sincere condolences on your lost. I was a driver for 17 years and he was a great dispatcher. I never heard him say an unkind word.
Randy was a close workmate for a good many years at Seats. He was part of the very dedicated core and heart of our workplace. He was a caring and efficient driver, scheduler and dispatcher. I am so sorry to hear of his early death and know how hard it must be for his family to accept. Best wishes for your future healing.
