Mary and Rick
I am sorry to here about your Dad’s passing.
Through those surrounding you today, there will be awe inspiring love.Humorous and caring memories from students
And fast friends and long time colleagues. Some you may have heard before and others wonderful and surprising
May you be comforted by the outpouring of love.
Barb VanNevel (Bishop)
I remember less than 10 year ago, Mr. Bishop helping to put hay up into Mary's hayloft. He was willing to help and tried to just get things done. Our condolences are with the family.

Mr. Bishop was the best Pricinpal I ever had. I loved going to Coralville Central. My thoughts and prayers to his dear family.
My condolences to the Bishop family. We have enjoyed being neighbors with Stan (and Betty) for over 30 years. I always enjoyed visiting with Stan when we got our mail. He will be missed.

Deepest Sympathies to the entire Bishop family. I have fond memories of Mr. Bishop attending Coralville Central Elementary K-6 in the mid to late 1970’s. As a selfish kid growing up, I was not aware of his contribution to our country. I am sad I can not thank him personally ( I have in my own quiet way) but please accept my greatest appreciation for your loved one for serving our country! May God Bless you All!
My condolences to the Bishop family. I remember Mr. Bishop fondly as the principle of Coralville Central Elementary school where I and my siblings went in the 60s and early 70s. I remember paying a few visits to his office as a boy. Much to my parents' dismay.
My deepest Sympathy to your family. Mr. Bishop was the Principal at Coralville Central when I attended school there in the 70's.
With Deepest Sympathy,
