Celebration of Life
Condolences
Jim was a good man who always showed genuine caring for and interest in other people. He and my grandmother Jan were some of the first people to inspire my interest in bird-watching, which went on to become both my passion and career. He loved to tell me a story of flushing Pauraques from the road at night on a long ago trip to Texas with an ornithologist friend. In my own frequent travels to South and Central America I always think of Jim whenever I hear or see one (which is often, as they are one of the more common and vocal birds from South Texas to N. Argentina!). Godspeed Jim, you will be missed.
Jim was such a wonderful person. I saw how much fun he was when he and Jan came to our performances--or commissioned me to arrange one for them. I know he will be missed by all of you "youngsters".
John, Jim, Janey, Sue - please accept our deepest sympathies. Your Dad was such a good friend to Mom & Dad and to us. What stories and the trips ! What memories they had. He will be greatly missed. What a wonderful.person! We love you all. Take care. Tim & Julie Taylor
