Dave was my neighbor across the street on 8th St for 9 years. He was always friendly, kind and helpful. He always remembered me after I moved out of town 17 years later. So sad to lose another kind soul but heaven gained a good angel.

Dear Dave's family and friends

I am deeply sorry. Dave was our neighbor briefly and then moved to the other side of the river, just down the street where we had moved from! I always enjoyed visiting with him whenever we'd bump into each other.. usually trinkets and togs. The man had good taste! Always on the lookout for Wedgewood or other fine collectibles.

I will certainly miss him. Seems so odd to know we won't be seeing him walking around town in jean shorts, even with a chill in the air.
