Treasa Kay Schakel, age 55, lifetime resident of Iowa City died Sunday, February 23, 2020, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Her family includes her mother, Evyonne Whetstine; siblings, Donna Whetstine, Lisa Svestka, Bill Whetstine Jr., and Linda Bechen; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. No public services are being planned.
