Andy was one of the nicest men I have ever know. Both of my daughter’s, and I thought the world of him. Whenever I was in Hyvee he always asked how they were doing, and genuinely wanted to know. I met Andy many years ago when I was a pharmaceutical sales rep, and when the doctors offices got Chinese food catored in, they always insisted that it came from Andy’s Hyvee, even if there were several hyvee stores closer. My fondest mememory of Andy was me pulling up to him at a stop light on n my fancy racing motorcycle, and he was in his BMW. I jokingly asked if he wanted to race, and he said no way. As soon as the light changed green he floored and and squeled away! The very last thing that I expected him to do, and we both laughed so hard. I’ll miss him and his sense of humor, but know he is in a better place. R.I.P. my dear friend Andrew.
